While building support in Washington is essential, AIPAC is found wherever the future of the U.S.-Israel relationship could be affected. The core of AIPAC's mission is building a base of citizen advocates who team with our expert staff to educate America's elected officials, policy makers and opinion leaders.
In addition to AIPAC membership, we encourage AIPAC donors to participate in pro-Israel political efforts – groups of activists who come together to host, and have crucial conversations around the pro-Israel agenda, with candidates running for federal office.
Donors who commit a minimum of $2,500 to pro-Israel political giving become members of AIPAC’s national Congressional Club. Members of the Congressional Club receive the following: a subscription to AIPAC’s online political web magazine, The AIPAC Insider; Congressional Club programming at national AIPAC events; invitations to local events and training programs; and conference calls with national political figures. Membership in the Congressional Club is open to Washington Club and above donors.
Young Leadership also has its own political initiative for activists just starting their engagement. Members of the Young Leadership political effort commit a minimum of $500 per year/$1000 per two year election cycle, to support Congressional candidates in a pro-Israel context.
For more information about getting involved in the Young Leadership political effort, please contact AIPAC's Young Leadership Director, Jennifer Redston at firstname.lastname@example.org.
