Senate Passes Major Iran Sanctions Bill

Soon after returning from its winter recess, the Senate unanimously passed a major Iran sanctions bill. The Senate joins the House of Representatives, which passed its version of an Iran sanctions bill in December. The entire Congress has now sent a strong message to the Iranian regime. READ MORE

Obama Budget Includes $3 Billion in
Israel Aid

As part of his $3.8 trillion budget request to Congress for fiscal year 2011, President Obama has asked for $3 billion in military aid to Israel—a $225 million increase from fiscal year 2010. Aid to Israel is included in the president's proposed $39.4 billion foreign aid budget. READ MORE
