Where and when is the AIPAC Policy Conference 2016?

The AIPAC Policy Conference 2016 will be held Sunday, March 20th – Tuesday, March 22nd at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mt Vernon Place Washington, DC 20001. This is between 7th and 9th Streets and N Street and New York Avenue in Washington, DC. Telephone: 202-249-3000

How do I get to the Convention Center?

The Convention Center is close to the Mount Vernon Square stop on the Green/Yellow lines of the metro, Washington's subway.

How do I get to Washington?

Washington, DC's three major airports are Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

Amtrak operates train service to Washington's Union Station, which is also on the Red line of the metro.

How can I register?

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Since AIPAC must guarantee and therefore pay for each delegate's participation in advance, cancellations after January 8, 2016, cannot be refunded nor applied to future AIPAC events. Additionally, Policy Conference 2016 registrations are non-transferable.

How do I receive my conference badge?

AIPAC issues all delegates personal conference credentials in the form of a badge and lanyard. Badges are being mailed out to each delegate several weeks prior to Policy Conference 2016.

What is the dress code?

Business attire is appropriate for the entire conference. The Convention Center is very large, so comfortable shoes are a must throughout the conference.

Delegates with Disabilities

We strongly encourage our delegates with limited mobility to rent their own scooters or wheelchairs by calling Scoot Around Rentals at 1-888-441-7575. There will be a small number of wheelchairs and scooters available at the convention center but they are first come, first serve and we cannot guarantee availability.

What is a lobbying appointment?

A lobbying appointment is your opportunity to meet with your member of Congress and speak to them about issues of concern to the pro-Israel community. Most lobbying appointments will take place on Capitol Hill with either your member of Congress or a congressional staffer.

Is there a Shabbaton available?
