Where and when is the AIPAC Policy Conference?

The 2015 AIPAC Policy Conference will begin Sunday, March 1 at 9:30 a.m. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located between 7th and 9th Streets and N Street and New York Avenue in Washington, DC. The conference will end on Tuesday, March 3 following your lobbying appointments (around 3:00 p.m.) The address is: 801 Mt. How can I register?

You can register online at www.aipac.org/pcreg.

How do I receive my conference badge?

AIPAC issues all delegates personal conference credentials in the form of a badge and lanyard. Badges are mailed out to each delegate's address beginning in mid-February. 

How do I book my hotel?

There are many hotels rooms available! Visit www.aipac.org/pchotel for details.

What is the dress code?

Attire for sessions on Sunday and Monday afternoon is business casual. Business attire is appropriate for lobbying appointments on Tuesday. The Convention Center is very large, and comfortable shoes are a must throughout the conference.

What are my food options at Policy Conference?

Though meals are not included in the cost of registration, there are several places to purchase food throughout the Convention Center. All food served/available for purchase at the conference is glatt kosher, supervised by the Vaad of Washington, DC. The AIPAC Village will house a number of different food options including two Village Marketplaces where soups, salads and sandwiches will be available.

What is the AIPAC Village?

The AIPAC Village is in the lower floor of the Convention Center and covers two full city blocks. In addition to featuring some exhibits and lectures, the Village will include food options, club lounges, a bookstore, Quickstop Kiosks, mobile newsstands and more.

What is a lobbying appointment?

A lobbying appointment is your opportunity to meet with your member of Congress and speak to them about issues of concern to the pro-Israel community. Most of the lobbying appointments will take place on Capitol Hill with either your member of Congress or a congressional staffer. The meetings that are too large to fit in a room on the Hill will meet in the Convention Center.

Is the Convention Center handicap accessible?

If you require extra assistance around the Convention Center, electronic scooters are available for rent by making your reservation directly with Scootaround at 888-441-7575. Wheelchairs are available at the Washington Convention Center information desk.
