AIPAC Village

The AIPAC Village is the central gathering place for Policy Conference delegates. A one-of-a-kind experience, the AIPAC Village offers delegates a place to connect, relax, dine and engage.

Village Concierge

Have a question? Visit the Conference Concierge. AIPAC staff are on hand to assist you and provide helpful information throughout the conference. This is also where lost and found is located. In the Village, the Conference Concierge includes other helpful resources including the Campus Help Desk and AIPAC Career Desk.

Quick Stop Kiosk

Quick Stop Kiosks will be located around the Convention Center. At the kiosks, you can print your personalized program, modify your session selections, upgrade your club level and sign up for future events including Summit 2014 and Policy Conference 2015.

Mobile Newsstands

Two Mobile Newsstands will be traveling around the Village full of important AIPAC materials, including the Policy Conference Program, lobbying information and policy publications. Two other news stands will be located in the Grand Lobby and on the L. Street Bridge.

Village Books

Want to learn more from the experts featured at your favorite breakout session or General Session? Visit Village Books and buy their latest books.* There will also be opportunities to hear from and meet the authors. Make sure to download the AIPAC App if you want to purchase your book online and have it shipped home to you.

Innovation Showcases

Come see Israeli innovation up close at this year’s Policy Conference! Visit the Innovation Showcase Exhibit in the AIPAC Village and interact with real-life, cutting edge technologies and innovations developed in Israel.

Food Options

There will be a variety of food options for purchase around the Convention Center. All food served available for purchase at the conference is kosher, supervised by the Vaad of Washington, D.C.

The AIPAC Village will house a number of different food options including two Village Marketplaces where soups, salads and sandwiches will be available for purchase.

The Uptown Food District concession stands are located near the mail session hall. They will offer grab and go breakfasts, fresh salads, sandwiches, hot entrees, snacks and beverages.

In addition, there are several locations in the Village to refuel with coffee. Visit a coffee cart to get the pick-me-up you need throughout the day.

Snack Carts will also be available in the Village for an extra bite between sessions.

Coat Checks are available on either entry of the Village for your convenience, open throughout the conference.
