A will is powerful... put AIPAC in yours.  One of the easiest ways to create your charitable or non-charitable AIPAC Tomorrow legacy is through a bequest. The text below is prepared to provide a starting point when you're ready to make your legacy Israel's future. It can be used to modify your will, or to write a codicil. As you begin to explore an AIPAC Tomorrow legacy gift, you should consult your legal or tax advisor.

Suggested bequest language to make your non-charitable gift directly to AIPAC, a gift that can pay for 100% of AIPAC's lobbying and political expenses into the future.

I give and bequeath ______________________ (dollar amount or percentage of my residuary estate, etc.) to American Israel Public Affairs Committee (Federal Tax I.D. #53-0217164), located in Washington, D.C.

Suggested bequest language to make your gift directly to AIPAC only if there would be no federal estate tax effect; otherwise the gift is directed to the Foundation, a charitable organization affiliated with AIPAC, to secure AIPAC's vital educational work into the future.

I give and bequeath ______________________ (dollar amount or percentage of my residuary estate, etc.) to American Israel Public Affairs Committee (Federal Tax I.D. #53-0217164), located in Washington, D.C., provided that the amount of this bequest shall be reduced and redirected to the American Israel Education Foundation (Federal Tax I.D. #52-1623781), located in Washington, D.C., if and to the extent necessary to ensure that the amount of federal estate tax payable by my estate is not increased by this bequest.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you or your advisors creative ways of making a legacy gift to The AIPAC Tomorrow Campaign. Email us at: STrauben@aipac.org.
