Planned Giving
Put AIPAC in your will.

Your support of AIPAC's vital work is a reflection of your commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship. Now your charitable or non-charitable bequest or other planned gift can help ensure that friendship endures, no matter what the future holds.

Israel's biggest challenges may lie ahead. With half of Congress changing every decade, who will Israel's friends be 20 years from now? With American Jews comprising less than 1.5 percent of the population in 80 percent of America's congressional districts, who will advocate for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship a generation from now?

By putting AIPAC in your will, you can.

AIPAC Tomorrow Bequests

A gift that costs nothing today. Has meaning well beyond your lifetime. And has the power to secure Israel's future.

A bequest is one of the easiest ways to create your charitable or non-charitable AIPAC Tomorrow legacy. It's as simple as deciding you want to participate, determining the amount you want to give, and then including the specific bequest language in your will.

Choosing how to put your gift to work

  • Non-charitable bequests made directly to AIPAC can pay for 100% of AIPAC's lobbying and political expenses into the future...this is the heart of AIPAC's work and the most valuable gift you can make.
  • Charitable bequests directed to the American Israel Education Foundation, a charitable organization affiliated with AIPAC, can secure AIPAC's vital educational work.

Making a contingent bequest directly to AIPAC

  • To optimize the potential of their legacy, many AIPAC Tomorrow donors are making contingent bequests directly to AIPAC.
  • This suggested bequest language provides a gift to AIPAC only if the transfer will not increase the amount of federal estate tax due. Otherwise, the gift is redirected to the Foundation.

Determining the amount you want to give

  • You can designate a specific bequest by stating a fixed dollar amount in your will.
  • Alternatively, by stating a percentage of your estate, you can make a residuary bequest and ensure that your gift remains proportional to your estate.
