How You Can Affect Israel's Future
There are a number of things you can do to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship. First, sign up for Policy Conference 2011, which will take place in Washington, D.C., May 22-24. But don't stop there. Attend with two of your friends. As you know, the AIPAC Policy Conference is three of the most important days affecting Israel's future—join us in our nation's capital next year.
AIPAC Hosts Its Largest Policy Conference Ever
The three-day AIPAC Policy Conference came to a close Tuesday afternoon. In less than 72 hours, the 7,500 delegates heard from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Senators Charles Schumer (D-NY), Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Evan Bayh (D-IN), Quartet Representative and Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Professor Alan Dershowitz, Pastor DeeDee Coleman and Colonel Richard Kemp, the former Commander of British forces in Afghanistan. Delegates and those watching at home viewed an inspiring video featuring Israeli soldier Roy Levy and a rousing speech from student activists working to secure the Jewish state's future. You can watch these videos online.
Student Leaders Celebrate A Year of Achievement
AIPAC recognized the most accomplished pro-Israel student activists and campus professionals in the nation at its annual Campus Awards luncheon. The event's top honor, the Duke Rudman Leadership Award, went to the student activists at Indiana University for their success in building relationships with leaders on their campus and on Capitol Hill.
