The resolution calls on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to submit a report every 120 days on efforts to bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who killed three American security personnel on October 15, 2003. The three Americans -- John Branchizio, Mark Parson and John Marin Linde -- were contract employees providing security to U.S. diplomatic officials in Gaza to identify Palestinian candidates for the Fulbright Program.
