Stop Arming Iran Act

Full Text:

The Stop Arming Iran Act prohibits the Pentagon from selling surplus F-14 fighter jet parts to Iran, noting that the sale of such parts "could make it more difficult to confront the nuclear weapons capability of Iran and would strengthen the ground war capability of Iran." The legislation also notes the urgency of preventing arms sales to Tehran in light of its support for terrorist groups such as Hamas, Hizballah, Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
