Full Text:

The resolution condemns the terrorist groups Hamas and Hizballah for their unprovoked attacks against Israel and their kidnappings of Israeli soldiers. It also affirms Israel's right to self-defense and denounces Iran and Syria for their support of the two terrorist groups.
