Full Text:

The letter -- authored by Reps. Robert Wexler (D-FL), Elton Gallegly (R-CA), Gary Ackerman (D-NY) and Mike Pence (R-IN) and signed by 259 House members -- urges the European Union not to give aid or grant recognition to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority (PA) until the PA recognizes Israel, renounces violence and accepts past Israel-Palestinian agreements.
