Nelson-Ensign Letter on Maintaining Standards for the Palestinians

Full Text:

The letter -- authored by Sens. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and John Ensign (R-NV) and signed by 79 senators -- urges Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to resist pressure from other countries to grant aid and recognition to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority before it recognizes Israel, renounces violence and accepts past Israel-Palestinian agreements.
