The resolution condemns the vicious wave of terror attacks that killed 26 Israelis and wounded 175 on December 1-2, 2001. It demands that the Palestinian Authority (PA) dismantle the terrorist infrastructure and urges President George W. Bush to take whatever steps necessary to end Palestinian terror, including, if necessary, suspending all relations with the PA.
