AIPAC offers political leadership training that gives pro-Israel students the tools they need to be effective. From intensive seminars in Washington, D.C. where students meet with members of Congress, to rigorous trips to Israel where these up-and-coming activists can learn about the issues affecting Israel first-hand, AIPAC prepares young leaders to help build the pro-Israel community on and beyond the campus. AIPAC also offers special student programs annually at Policy Conference, the nation's most widely-attended pro-Israel event.

For more than 25 summers, AIPAC has been hosting an elite speaker series and premier networking opportunity for Washington-based interns interested in the U.S.-Israel relationship. At each seminar, hundreds of politically active students gather to hear White House officials, members of Congress, high-profile journalists and other influentials discuss the U.S.-Israel alliance, politics and additional topical issues. Each seminar allows ample time for D.C. interns to meet each other and learn more about each other's summer activities.
AIPAC's Diamond Internship Program enables students to contribute to strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship by participating in one of the most dynamic lobbying groups in American politics. AIPAC offers Diamond Internships in Washington, D.C. and around the country for undergraduate and graduate students. Diamond Summer Internships are paid positions and semester internships are for credit only. Diamond Interns develop their own political activism skills by bringing research, writing, and event-planning experience to a host of projects that help advance AIPAC's mission. When they return to their campuses, Diamond Interns are expected to promote pro-Israel political action as AIPAC portfolioed activists.
AIPAC's premier student leadership training seminar is held twice each year in Washington, D.C. More than four hundred of AIPAC's top student activists from over 140 campuses participate in three days of intense grassroots advocacy training. During this seminar, students meet with top Washington policy makers, elected officials, and Middle East experts.
An intensive experience, the Advanced Advocacy Mission is designed for students who have previously traveled to Israel. Leading policy makers, media experts, and opinion elites provide sophisticated training for undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing careers or community leadership positions in the fields of Israel advocacy, public affairs, and policy formulation.
More than 1,000 students and campus professionals representing every state participate in AIPAC's Annual Policy Conference. Delegates hear from leading Members of Congress, White House officials, and dignitaries from the Israeli government. Students also participate in sessions focusing on campus activism. The conference culminates in a trip to Capitol Hill, where delegates meet with their Members of Congress to advocate for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship.
The AIPAC Campus Allies Mission is uniquely designed for student leaders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Christian Campuses, Hispanic Association Colleges and Universities, AIPAC campus activists not eligible for AIPAC's birthright Israel program, as well as campus political leaders. Participants will walk the land of the Bible, gain a deeper understanding of the strategic and social issues facing Israel today, and examine the challenges and opportunities associated with the U.S.-Israel alliance.
This mission creates a nexus between participants' political and personal identities by fusing their experience in American politics with their first formal experience with the Jewish state. Mission participants are pro-Israel activists-young adults who are significantly involved in the American political process-who have not previously traveled to Israel.
