AIPAC is a registered domestic lobby whose principal mission is to work with Congress on legislation that strengthens the relationship between the United States and Israel.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assists in recruitment of participants, and planning and execution of AIPAC's primary training vehicle for pro-Israel high school activists- the High School Israel Summit
  • Researches opportunities, makes recommendations, and builds relationships with the major Jewish youth movements including: BBYO, USY, NCSY, NFTY Young Judaea, Bnai Akiva, and Noar Hadash in order to encourage their leadership to incorporate pro-Israel political activism into their movements
  • Focuses on ways to encourage the promotion of AIPAC's High School Initiatives within the Jewish youth movements
  • Speaks at a variety of high school forums and runs lobby-training workshops for high school groups planning Legislative Missions on Capitol Hill
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree plus relevant on-campus experience
    • Excellent written communications and public speaking skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
