Making the Case: The Challenges Facing Israel Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow will feature Professor Stephen Berk, Henry and Sally Schaffer Professor of Holocaust and Jewish Studies at Union College. Berk is widely known for his expertise on the Holocaust, Russia, and the Middle East and has earned an international reputation for his teaching, writing, and research about such topics as Russian and Soviet Jewish history, the Holocaust, the American Jewish experience, and anti-Semitism.
This annual event for the pro-Israel community will begin with a Washington Club Dinner (exclusively for those members that contribute $1500 or more to AIPAC’s 2008 annual campaign) followed by a community reception at 7 p.m.
